Inviting artists around the world who have an excellent ability to communicate their essential understanding of themselves and their world in 2D artworks. 11 Cash Winners will each have a solo online exhibition, 2 Winners ($2,000 each), 9 Runners-up ($400 each). $25 for the application fee includes 1st artwork. 2D artwork are welcomed including painting, one-of-a-kind prints, tapestry, encaustic, drawings and any other traditional or non-traditional techniques that produce unique 2D artworks. Photographs that are one-of-a-kind and are combined with other non-digital materials are eligible. Soul of Artists’ mission is to support artists who have devoted years to expressing their ideas visually but feel that their work is not yet fully appreciated.
