CALL FOR ENTRIES: Woodstock Artists Association & Museum, (WAAM) Woodstock, New York. Far & Wide National: Every Picture Tells a Story: a national open call exploring the relationship between art and storytelling. We invite artists to submit works that reflect the idea of storytelling, whether through abstract, emotional, or non-linear narratives. We encourage all forms of storytelling, whether linear or not. Stories don’t have to follow a conventional path—this exhibition is about how art evokes and conveys a narrative. Submissions are welcome in any medium—painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. We especially encourage works that incorporate sculpture or mixed media elements, as they offer unique ways to tell stories beyond the two-dimensional.
