smallWORKS is a juried biennial exhibition presented in the galleries at Garrison Art Center, November 2 – 24, 2024. It is open to artists 18 and older working in 2 and 3-dimensional media. ​ This year's theme is, "60 Years & 60 Works," with three categories: music, politics, and people.​ ​​Don't feel daunted by this year's theme. It's an open concept, and we're thrilled to display your artwork in another fantastic small works show. This year, the exhibit will be up during our Arty Martini Party, attracting even more attention and providing a great opportunity to showcase your work to our artist community. Awards: Best 2D - $500, Best 3D - $500​. Jurors: Carinda Swann & Bill Burback. ​​​$30 to submit 3 images, $10 per additional image. Works must be from 2020 to the present, no greater than 12 inches at the largest dimension (including frame), and are limited to 35 pounds. Wall-hung assemblage and reliefs are accepted but must include hanging hardware. Artists are responsible for artwork shipping or delivery to and from the art center. Art Center commission 40%.​
