AADK Spain - MMERSIVE RESIDENCIES 2024
AADK Spain invites artists and researchers to apply for this special edition of its Artistic Residency Program. The call is intended for creators who work with their body and/or with ephemeral installations, and want to engage with the unique enclave of Salinas del Curro (Blanca, Murcia), an old family salt flat hidden among the arid mountain ranges of the Ricote Valley. Projects may have a minimum duration of 2 weeks and may be developed between March and May or between October and December 2024. Residents are expected to work outdoors, although if necessary an indoor studio will be available in our main building, Centro Negra. Throughout their residency, each artist/collective will have individual curatorial support.
